Covid-19 prevention policy

Dear Patrons, as we are subjected to these challenging times, we are making a few changes to help tackle the Covid-19 situation better.

Santitization: We at Avocadoe, have taken time to make sure that there are no compromises when it comes to sanitisation. All products are sanitised before packaging and shipping. The team handling the products ensures wearing gloves and masks at all times whilst coming in contact with the product. 

Shipping: Owing to the Pandemic, there might be some delay in delivery of your orders but we shall keep updating you on the status of your order. All local deliveries within NCR are contactless and efficient. Should your address fall into a red zone or containment zone, we might not be able to deliver then and may wait it out depending on the situation.

Return: All personal products such as masks, scarves and shoes or any other product that is worn directly onto the skin will not be eligible for return or exchange to help us maintain hygiene of our products and ensure a covid free environment.
