Returns
Avocadoe shall entertain return of any products purchased only through the website and not via our brick and mortar store. Only those products will be entitled for return that have been received by the customer in a damaged condition else in any other event that the customer changes his/her mind, the product will be entitled for exchange within a maximum period of one week.
Kindly note, 'sale' items are not eligible for either return or exchange.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Avocadoe will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to shoot an email at sales@avocadoe.com stating the order details. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair the merchandise in entirety. All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. Avocadoe shall only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the product.
In cases wherein due to usage of the product, some part of the product is damaged, such as hardware which includes locks, studs, screws , buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of two weeks from the time of receipt of the merchandise after dispatch from our warehouse.
Please note, damaged products specific to repair will have to be couriered back to our warehouse wherein all costs will be borne by the customer themselves. Avocadoe will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the product/ products.
All products must be returned in their original packing and with all original tags intact.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on cumulative weight of entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the user placing the order.
Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Avocadoe. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Avocadoe shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods due to flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Avocadoe.
The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Avocadoe reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Avocadoe has the right in its sole discretion to take appropriate action.
Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person specific.
Octroi charges may be levied on few destinations (mostly in Maharashtra) displayed on the site .These charges are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded.
All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Avocadoe is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.
Covid-19 - There might be slight delays in receiving the order due to the Pandemic hurdles, kindly bear with us as we are trying our best to offer smooth shipping services.
Force Majeure
A force majeure clause will be added to all order deliveries wherein Avocadoe will not be held accountable for any losses or delay due to events such as acts of God, war, terrorism, earthquakes, hurricanes, acts of government, explosions, fire, plagues, epidemics and such other acts or events that are beyond Avocadoe's control.
Material property
Colour: Please note that colours of the products and its components may appear slightly different in person than seen here in the digital images on the website. Reproduction of the colours is as accurate as possible, however natural materials such as leather may have slight colour variations owing to its natural properties.
Hardware: Some metal hardware may tarnish or lose its shine over time due to wear and tear and weather conditions. Such changes cannot be held against AVOCADOE as they occur due to individual product handling by customers.
Leather : Vein marks, minor scratches, colour variations are different characteristics of natural leather that add to the beauty of the product. These are not considered as defects. Some leather products may have slight patina on the surface which is again a quality of leather that leads it to age beautifully.
All Avocadoe products are hand crafted, thus minor differences, minimal to the eye in embellishment or construction of your Avocadoe product is unavoidable and adds to the charm.

AVOCADOE is the sole owner and authorized user of all intellectual property including but not limited to trade marks, logos, names and designs, whether registered or unregistered, and other marks that are otherwise owned or licensed to AVOCADOE in and associated with this website (collectively “intellectual property”), and any improvements or modifications to such intellectual property. The use or misuse of any of AVOCADOE's intellectual property is prohibited without the prior written permission of AVOCADOE. Nothing contained in this website should be construed as giving you any right or license to any of the intellectual property on or associated with this website.
